2nd in the World!

On Good Friday 2025, our dance drama team gave the performance of their lives and placed 2nd at the CLRG World Championships in Dublin. 19 well deserved world medals and a coveted world globe have made it back up north to Tyrone and Armagh, getting 1st place from two of the five judges and only 10 points from first place!

This idea came to life last April and we got to work in August. I had a strong creative vision for this team and they brought it to life perfectly. This year felt like the perfect time to undertake this project as I had 19 talented, well-mannered, respectful and hard-working dancers on board! This was not just one year of work - this is years and years of taking these dancers through their first beginner 123’s, first feis, championships, and ultimately to the world stage. What a journey it has been!

Our Titanic piece was also a wonderful and unique opportunity for these dancers to be expressive, and free from dance costumes and dancing wigs, while also paying tribute to a monumental moment in Irish history.

So many happy tears. We did it! 18th April 2025 - a day we will be talking about for many, many years to come. 💛
